Vasi comunicanti The starting point of "Vasi Comunicanti" is Yucon, one of several unused industrial buildings that line up the Trossi road, which connects Biella to Verrone.
Yucon could be anywhere, a scenario that recurs in every post economic crisis industrial suburbs.
Vasi comunicanti fills the building with water, and provocatively transforms it into a pool, where no one would expect it to be. a mainly industrial building hosts an experience linked to the natural landscape.
Vasi comunicanti is a device that leads the visitor to dive in a suggestion. The suspended boxes allude to all the industrial containers candidates to undergo the positive conversion process. The common thread that connect them represents the common road on which they line up. The images illustrate the potential of these abandoned spaces, through the liquid filter that modifies the observer's impression and generates reflections on future visions and economies.
